One of the advantages of being unemployed is that one gets the chance to watch the Ashes, and while away the time in public houses sampling real ales and jaggermeister!
I couldn't believe our Hero's Monty and Anderson faced 11 overs between them and saved the game, it definitely felt like a win! I am looking forward to Fridays proceedings at Lords, as I live near the ground I may even try to get tickets on Friday! (I will update you later!).
To celebrate England's Draw I sampled a pint of LBW a real Ale by Greene King, I was in celebratory mood! The beer was disappointing, a rather like the pretty boy Broads bowling and batting figures, it did have a good picture of a cricket pad on the pump though!
I will tell you how I get on at the cricket on Friday!
